A Two Day Seminar/Practicum with Chip Chace, L.Ac.
Learn to apply cranial osteopathic techniques to assess the state of Qi and gauge the efficacy of your treatments.
This hands-on class will take place at the Chautauqua Health Clinic in Boulder, CO. To ensure optimum learning, the class is limited to 16 participants and there will be 3 assistants working with Chip.

March 21st. The Treatment of Soft Tissue Injuries & Bone Fractures of The Upper & Lower Extremities
This seminar provides a clinical exploration of the treatment of orthopedics and trauma with Traditional Chinese Medicine. It includes an introduction to etiology, pathology, diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic and trauma-based disorders. Specific topics include fracture, dislocation and soft tissue injury, specifically:
Lower extremity / Upper extremity ACL injury / Wrist fracture Meniscal tear / Shoulder dislocation Ankle sprain / Infantile radial subluxation Femoral head fracture / Clavicular fracture Treatment modalities include external and internal herbal medicine, acupuncture techniques, point injections, Tui Na, and fixation from conditions resulting from trauma. Modern diagnostic techniques are presented as important parallel diagnostic tools.
