The Dragon Boat Festival, Sloan’s Lake Park, Denver, CO
The Dragon Boat Festival was a huge success this year thanks to the many volunteers and the endless steam of curious folks. We treated approximately 119 people over the weekend and helped in explaining how acupuncture works and the conditions it may help. Kudos to the volunteers who worked tirelessly and thanks to Diana Horowitz and Misun Oh for organizing the event this year.

"Treating Cough and Sinusitis in the Dry Western Climate -
Managing the complexities of year-round 'Autumn Dryness'
This class is being presented by Dave Teitler (founder of Dr. Dave's Herbal Medicine) and focuses on treating cough and sinus conditions specifically for the Colorado and Rocky Mountain Regions. Because it is geared toward patients who live in a dry climate, it will enhance the successful treatment of patients who experience this problem.
This class will be held at the CSTCM campus, Room A, from 9am to 1pm. Cost is $60.00 for practioner's and $50.00 for students. There is also a 10% discount for AAC members. Contact CSTCM at (303) 329-6355.
